Information you provide

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, selected treatments, preferred date and time, and any notes you include. Your email is optional.

When you request a gift card, we collect the purchaser’s name and WhatsApp number, the recipient’s name, the chosen amount or treatment, and any optional email or personal message.

How we use it

We use these details to review and confirm requests, contact you about appointments or gift cards, provide the requested service, and maintain necessary business records. A booking form is a request; it is not confirmed until we contact you.

Storage and service providers

When the site is connected to Supabase, submitted booking and gift card requests are stored in its database so authorized staff can manage them. If you choose to continue a request through WhatsApp, the information in that message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. The site also uses a Google Maps embed for directions.

The website forms do not collect payment card or bank account details. Gift card payment arrangements are made directly with us.

Retention and your choices

We keep request information only as long as needed to respond, provide services, and maintain required business records. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained where required by law.
