Bookings

Online appointment requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we contact you. We will use the contact details you provide, usually through WhatsApp, to confirm or discuss your request. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Prices and treatments

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Some services may vary by hair length, style, or other service details. We will confirm the applicable price with you before proceeding.

Please tell our team about relevant allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns before a treatment. Website information is general and is not medical advice.

Gift cards

A gift card request is not an issued card. We provide payment instructions directly, then issue a code after payment is confirmed. Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Valid for one visit only, unless agreed by the manager based on the service on the gift card.

Offers and bookings

Offer prices apply to bookings made while the offer is running, as shown on the day of booking. Bookings can be made up to 2 months ahead. Gift cards are sold at standard prices.

We aim to keep website information current, but services, availability, and content may change. The website may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp and Google Maps; those services are governed by their own terms.
